Ella Marsh will be competing in the U.S. National Forestry pageant Sept. 4 in Tifton. Marsh won the title of Teeny Miss Georgia Forestry Queen 2010 in a field of 29 girls. She is the first state winner from Effingham County in the 71-year history of the pageant.
