The dance troupe The Clique, made up of Jordan Boomgaarden, Jonathan DeVoe, Kenneth Cochran, Patrick Gilles, Quadree Lampley and Jameze Muldrow, took first place with their original hip-hop dance routine.

Natalie Starling garnered second place with a stirring rendition of “God Bless America,” accompanied by a patriotic slide show. Seantrei Burgess took third place with his original rap “Wings.”

Other winners were:
Audience Choice – Erika Stokes, vocalist, “Two Black Cadillacs”
Most Creative Act – Noah Anderson, original rap, “Remember the Name”
Best Vocals – Tiana Gordon, soloist, “Sunday Morning”
Best Musical Ensemble Act – The Rangers: India Nelson, Alex Peth, Maia Nelson, Megan Brandt and Stephanie Brandt, “If I Die Young”
Most Entertaining Act – The Swag: Michael Holton, D.J. Medders and Jordon Bala, hip-hop dance.

The top four vocal acts from the talents show will compete in the Effingham Idol competition at the Olde Effingham Days Festival on April 13. The judges selected Gordon, Stokes, Starling and The Rangers.
