Tickets for 2013 GSU football season available

POSTED: June 6, 2013 10:10 p.m.

Kickoff of the 2013 Georgia Southern University football season is less than 100 days away as the Eagles open their campaign against Savannah State on Aug. 31 at Paulson Stadium.

Season tickets for all six home games are now on sale, with prices remaining the same as last year, and available for purchase online at GSEagles.com/tickets, by calling the Athletics Ticket Office at 1-800-GSU-WINS, or in person at 203 Lanier Drive in Statesboro.

Seats on the south side of Paulson Stadium in section D (between the 40-yard lines) are $145 each and require a $600 annual donation to the Georgia Southern Athletic Foundation to purchase. Season tickets for sections C and E with back support are $140 each with a $300 annual donation.

Bleacher seats in sections C and E are $135 each with a $120 mandatory donation. Sections B and F offer bleacher seating without back support for $130 per season ticket and without the requirement of an annual donation. Sections J and K on the North side of Paulson Stadium offer bleacher seats for $135 each and are also exempt from the annual donation.

Economical reserved seats for all six home games are part of the Family Plan where, for $85 per ticket and a minimum purchase of three tickets required, families and friends can enjoy the same seats each game in sections A, G and the lower level of section B. No annual donation is required for the family plan.

For questions and more information, call or visit the Athletics Ticket Office during regular business hours Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. or e-mail tickets@GeorgiaSouthern.edu.

Reservations are now being taken for the Bishop Club, premium seating available through the Georgia Southern Athletic Foundation.
