The annual Effingham County Fair Pageant was held Saturday. Miss Effingham County Fair Queen was Nina Elizabeth West of Clyo.
She will advance to the Fairest of Fairs in Atlanta, to be held in January with a chance to move on to the Miss Georgia pageant.
Other winners were: Baby Miss (0-11 months) Sophia Bay of Guyton; Toddler Miss (12-23 months) Olivia Into of Bloomingdale; Wee Miss (24-35 months) Tinlee Rose Writch of Rincon; Tiny Miss (3-4 years) Blaire Oliver of Rincon; Young Miss (7-8 years) Murphy Boyett of Rincon; Pre-Teen Miss (11-12 years) Gabrielle Watkins of Rincon; and Junior Miss (15-16 years) Shelby Swanson.
