The Citizens of Georgia Power Savannah Generation Chapter recently made a $2,500 donation to the Treutlen House at New Ebenezer. The donation will help with operating expenses for the Treutlen House, a group home for boys in the foster-care system.

“We are blessed with the support we receive from our community and continue to need year-round support,” said Treutlen House director Kristen Wert.

The Citizens of Georgia Power is a community service arm of the electric utility, made up of employees, retirees and spouses of Georgia Power and Southern Company Services.

For more information or to support the Treutlen House, visit the Web site or call (912) 745-9797.
