Effingham County School Superintendent Randy Shearouse presented a very optimistic outlook in response to a recent public survey about the future of the school system. He explained the plan for the county to deal with continuing academic improvements, uniform policy, handling costs of new construction, fuel prices and new programs.

Shearouse is a member of the Effingham Sunrise Rotary that meets every Tuesday morning at 7:30 a.m. at the Guyton Christian Church in Guyton.

If you are interested in attending or have any questions, please contact Lonnie Pate at (888)395-0440.
