Effingham Sunrise Rotary Secretary Ed Brown was recognized for being a four-time Paul Harris Fellow for financial contributions to the Rotary Foundation International. District Governor Kenan Kern made a special trip to meet with the Effingham Sunrise Rotary group and to personally present Brown with this prestigious award.
