Effingham County High School students recently donated over 150 pair of jeans to the Teens for Jeans program sponsored by Aeropostale.

The ECHS Beta Club, under the direction of advisor Keri Morgan, organized the collection of the “gently worn” jeans that will be given to a local homeless shelter or charity. Sara Huntley’s 1st period class collected the most jeans with 44 pair.

This was the third year Aeropostale sponsored the Teens for Jeans campaign, which collected over 200,000 pairs of jeans last year.
