Dog bill likely to be ‘tweaked’

The “dangerous dog” bill, co-sponsored by former state Rep. Ann Purcell and signed into law by Gov. Nathan Deal in 2012, has led to a protracted legal entanglement for a dog accused of attacking an Effingham County child last summer.
