The victim of multiple burglaries in Effingham County is now offering a $1,000 cash reward to whoever provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspect and the recovery of several stolen firearms from a burglary which occurred approximately two weeks ago.

The most recent burglary occurred at the victim’s residence on Old Tusculum Road on Aug. 22, when several items including firearms were taken.

The victim was able to obtain photos of the suspect in the 2010 case from his deer camera but, as of yet, nobody has identified this person.

The Effingham County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to take another look at the photo.

Anyone with any information is asked to contact the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office at 754-3449. Callers may remain anonymous.
