A public kick-off meeting to review Effingham County’s Hazard Mitigation Plan update requirements and process will be held Nov. 1 at 6:30 p.m. in the commissioners meeting room, located at 601 N. Laurel St. in Springfield in the Administrative Complex.

Citizens are invited to attend and participate in the planning effort.
