Rafter Law Firm cuts the ribbon

With help from the Effingham Chamber of Commerce and friends, attorney Rick Rafter officially cut the ribbon on his new law practice in Springfield. Rafter’s office is on Oak Street near the Historic Effingham Courthouse.
