Scott Morgan and Chriss Allen from Savannah River Mortgage recently spoke to the Effingham Exchange Club about changes in home mortgages and the real estate market in this area. Mark Czachowski, program director, thanked Morgan and Allen for their informative presentation.

The Effingham Exchange Club meets on the first and third Wednesday every month.
