Rincon Mayor Ken Lee awards The Shining Stars for winning first place in the city’s annual Fourth of July Parade. The Shining Stars, Disabilities for Christ, gathers on Thursdays at 4:30 p.m. to have food, fun and fellowship in the fellowship hall of The Rincon First Christian Church located at 5835 Highway 21 South in Rincon.
