B. V. Cooper with the Effingham Community Orchestra spoke to the Effingham County Exchange Club on Aug. 17.

Scheduled speakers are: Dick Falcon with the USO, Sept. 7; Brandon Pierce, DNR game warden, Sept. 21; and Magistrate Judge Scott Hinson, Oct. 5. The Exchange Club meets at noon at the Effingham County Recreation Department.
