The Exchange Club of Effingham County presented its annual “One Nation Under God” program. Retired Sgt. Maj. Tony Sutphin spoke about  America’s religious heritage. “To be born free is a privilege;  to die free is a responsibility that we should be willing to defend,” he said. Sgt.
