The organization Helping Out Pets in Effingham (HOPE) hosted a pet expo Saturday in Rincon.

Pet rescue organizations and pet adoption agencies were on hand, and the Effingham County Sheriff’s Office offered microchip implanting so pets can be identified if they become lost
