After bridging to Junior Scouts in April, the scouts in Girl Scout Troop 30197 earned their first Junior Badge, the Council’s Own Savannah Sings badge, by joining Daisy Troop 30235 for a sing-along.

They completed their badge requirements by teaching and leading the Daisy Scouts in three songs. They sang “She Wears a ‘G’ for Generosity” and “The Brownie Smile Song.” Then they led the girls in singing “Make New Friends” in a round.

Afterward, the Daisy Scouts performed “I’m A Little Daisy” for the older girls. Daisy Troop 30235 was also presented with a DVD titled “The Ronald McDonald House – It’s Our Story” so they could learn about the “It’s Your Story – Tell It” Brownie journey and the Girl Scout Ronald McDonald House patch programs.
