Effingham County Commissioner Reggie Loper was awarded with a pin recognizing his perfect attendance at Coastal Regional Commission meetings.

He was joined for the presentation by David Boland, Dan Coty and Shaw McVeigh from Glynn County, and Sylvania Mayor Margaret Evans. Walter Gibson, CRC chairman and Bulloch County commissioner, presented the pins.
