A blessing of the pets was held Saturday at St. John’s Lutheran Church in Rincon, along with a shot clinic.

The pet food pantry Full Bowls, Coastal Pet Rescue and HOPE (Helping Out Pets in Effingham) also were a part of the event. For more information, visit FullBowls.org or CoastalPetRescue.org.
