IDA shines the light for Sunrise Rotary

Erin Rahn Phillips, research and market analyst for the Effingham Industrial Development Authority, spoke to the Effingham Sunrise Rotary Club about the recent improvements the IDA has made to its industrial properties, as well as their hopeful outlook for recruiting new business in 2013. She entertained questions from the crowd on how the IDA evaluates the impact of different new businesses and the overall impacts they can have on the county.
