Ann Resto, the new executive director of the Effingham Victim Witness Assistance Program, talked to the Rincon Noon Lions Club on the services provided by the organization, and its impact on the community.

The Lions Club meets at 12:15 p.m. on the first and third Monday of each month at the Coastal Bank in Rincon. All interested parties are welcome to attend.
