McIntosh ran a 1:39:48, taking third place for his age group and placing 313th overall.
Van Sickle took first place in her age group with a time of 1:45:09 and placed 647th overall. Both McIntosh and Marina are from Rincon and are in their second year of running with the Ebenezer Running Club under the direction of Weese. Both have competed in numerous 5Ks around the Savannah area, but the Rock ‘n’ Roll is the longest race either of them has run.
