The Effingham Exchange Club recently sponsored the annual Quick-Think-a-Thon with students from all the county’s second grade classes represented.

Jessica Gilliam, a second grader at Guyton Elementary School, won the local tournament.

Pete Lancaster, president of the club, presented Jessica with a new bike and a check at the pizza party hosted by the Effingham Exchange Club at Guyton Elementary School.

Gilliam will compete in the Quick-Think-A-Thon at the Georgia District Convention in June.
