Coastal Empire Classic 2011

The Richmond Hill Wildcat band was named grand champion of the 30th annual Coastal Empire Classic band competition at Effingham County High School Oct. 8.

Former ECHS band director, Bill Locklear was recognized that evening as well for his efforts and for found the Coastal Empire Classic so for bands in southeast Georgia.
