Elementary honor choir to perform March 9 at SEHS

The Effingham County School District will showcase its exemplary elementary school choral students in the inaugural performance of the Effingham County Elementary Honor Choir, on March 9 at 3 p.m. in the South Effingham High School cafeteria.


The performance is free and open to the public.


Ten students from each elementary school – 80 in all – will come together to perform. The music teachers from each school — Blandford, Ebenezer, Guyton, Marlow, Rincon, Sand Hill, South Effingham and Springfield — collaborated to make the honor choir concert possible.


Ray Ellis, choral director at South Effingham Middle and High Schools, will be the guest clinician.
